- How is background audio features being used while app is running in the background of the iOS device?
Answer: We use this app for audio and video chat, so we need background audio feature enabled for audio and video calling.

- Can you provide instructions on how to verify this feature?
Answer: Login on agent iOS app and connect with our customer (itunes link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/uconversecustomer/id1196344572?ls=1&mt=8) . Start audio or video calling and move the app into background. Red color bar appears on top which shows that this features needs to be enabled otherwise audio gets stopped.


- Is the app built for a specific business or company and their internal use? If so, which business or company?
The app is built for and will be used by customer enterprises of HCL Technologies Limited.
Further, this app works in conjunction with uConverse Customer app (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/uconversecustomer/id1196344572?ls=1&mt=8) already listed on the appStore.
The apps required passwords to login, hence general public may not use it.

- Or is the app built for the internal use of your company? Please explain
Well yes. The company we work for is HCL Technologies Ltd. We expect teams within the 115,000 person staff to use it also, particularly for servicing their customers.
